When I first called Bermont Motors inquiring about the availability of the vehicle I was interested in, I was greeted on the phone by Robert Dames. He was polite and helpful with giving me information about the vehicle as well as scheduling to see it. Once there, nothing changed. On the test drive, he took the time to get to know me as well as share some of his background. When we got back, he got an appraisal for my trade-in and we made a deal. From beginning to the end, and even after, Robert did anything necessary to make my buying experience the best as possible. I have purchased enough vehicles to know a good buying experience over a bad one. Thanks to Bermont Motors and Robert, it was a good one.
